Within the last few years I purchased what is supposed to be a top brand furnance from them. Recently, one of the parts broke. The part was covered under warranty, but the labor was not. The serviceman installed the new part which took a grand total of 10 minutes. The bill? $120. I'm very upset that these places sell you what is supposed to be the top brands on the market, but charge you outrageous labor (service call plus actual labor) when they break down.
