We set 5 days aside to look for a winter home, and that was accomplished. Mike was very generous with his time, has a wealth of knowledge about different areas of the community and a roster of contacts. We took possession a month ago, and Mike is still calling us to see how we are adjusting to the house, area, and still offering advice and suggestions on questions for him. It was a pleasure having Mike as our agent. We admire his honesty, integrity and friendship.
Mike did a great job for us. He not only negotiated a great deal on our purchase, but connected us with a super loan processor. He also gave us valuable contacts for all the inspections that were needed. In addition He had wonderful contacts for insurance. Finally he had great contacts for contracting flooring, pool service, electrical and plumbing jobs. He is still available several years after our purchase as a great resource for all things related to our home. I could not give a higher recommendation!
