I took my Ford F-350 pickup to Mike Jones Ford Lincoln for them to replace a light bulb in my dash, which should have been a simple task. I know this because I had a bulb in the dash previously replaced at another Ford dealership in the area. Shortly after dropping off the truck, the dealership calls me stating that the light cannot be replaced and that I should buy a whole new instrument cluster for $780.
