Talked on the phone and agreed to a price on a Tuesday Took off of work on Friday to drive a 7 hr round trip to find out the night before Thursday the dents that was suppose to taken care of wasn't handled ,called Friday morning they told me if I came got it like it was they would take some money off to help make the deal so I agree to that got there and there was more damage than originally disclosed told me they had done everything they could do on price but if I would still take the truck they would sale at a specific int... read more
I had an excellent experience with the service department, especially Hailey Huffman. She was very friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. They took the time to look into a sensor issue with my Camry, and even though they couldn’t determine the exact cause, they made sure everything was checked and working properly. I really appreciate their help and the fact that there was no charge for the service. Great customer service and a great experience overall!
