Mike was extremely helpful to us with the sale of an older condo. He was practical and didn’t try to push us to spend on unnecessary upgrades. He was also really helpful in setting a reasonable price and respected our floor price. Even in a tough market, with Mike’s help we were able to sell within a few weeks with no price drops.
