Friendly staff, understanding. I brought in my old cadillac fleetwood brougham with 250’000km for a winter tire change and brake change. I was quoted $2000 because the front brakes needed a full replacement, as well as one control arm “urgently” needed replacing as well. Turns out the control arm only needed greasing and it works fine, but my oil pan needed replacing, and the quote stayed at $2000. When the work was done, it was suddenly $3000 total. Very friendly customer service team and they are always very willing to help me out!
Go in for oil change, truck running well 114604k comes out and blows up within 2km of the dealership. Return and i am told problem with the lifter engine is trying to shut down safety mode. Probably have done damage to the crank or cam shift costing thousands to diagnose and replace. Not once did they say will check and make sure nothing happened in the shop or offer a car to get home so they could check it out. Just blank faces that are saying too bad these things happen.
