State Farm as a company is the most horrible company, you are just a number to them. This particular office makes State Farm look even worse. I have never worked with a more incompetent group of people. There is no communication, no follow through, and no accountability. I have never been so disappointed. They tell you what you want to hear and then drop the ball over and over and over again. I strongly recommending that you do not use this company.
