Lord have mercy...... well LANDLORDS.... don't hire Hill & Co, now call Mike Hill Property Management and various other entities. They copy paste your private notes and send them to the tenants. When you work with an attorney to prepare and serve tenants notices, they undermine you with the tenant. We want to give tenants 150% opportunity to remedy issues but if management is going behind the back of the owner how does any thing get resolved? It does not.
