Terrible GC and does not pay their subcontractors. Maybe I’m wrong but they only have a 1* rating that I see online. How does that happen if they are supposed to be a good or even great builder.
We bought 3M+ home built by Mike Harrison in 2018. They did not instal the AC vents in the 2 story living leading to moisture development on the ceiling resulting in mold everywhere. When I contacted him, he brought his painter and said that he will clean the mold and do special paint. He refused to fix the vents.I paid him thousands of dollars to paint and within few months the mold is back. Mike Harrison now does not return the phone calls.
