This place has no compassion. I had a car accident in a parking lot not my fault. My damage to the car was about as much as my value. So I lost my car and had no transportation to work. Mike didn't care. Is it better to pay 14,000 to the body shop then 18,000 to the lien holder then my life does not turn upside down. I had to use my mortgage payment for another car now I have to sell my home and rent and cannot find a place that accepts more than one pet. they don't care about animals or people's well being.
We all know that insurance is a necessity in life, although also expensive. As a single mom, finding the best rate for my car insurance within a tight budget is a chore these days. State Farm has been amazing at helping me with this challenge. Trina is a god send. When I need to make adjustments to my payments, I can send a simply text and she so responsive with a solution. I’m grateful! I absolutely recommend Mike Hanson and his team.
