We used Mike Hammer’s Local Moving this summer. Broken tv and dining room chair from improper packing and Mike refuses to take responsibility. He keeps saying he will take care of it. My husband watched Mike throw our tv in his dumpster.

The damages were reported after you unloaded the PODS which we cannot take liability for given we were not present for the the unloading. My bedroom furniture was damaged during the move. I informed the company compensation was offered for the damage. Just was a hassle to deal with.
RecommendedI highly recommend Mike Hammer Moving. The quote we received was based on Mike walking through our home to fully visualize everything that needed to be moved. He predicted a very accurate quote after we received our total moving expenses, thus there were no surprise expenses upon completion. Thanks to the Hammer brothers, Jake, Michael and Nick! They took care of me from beginning to end. They were responsive and friendly when they came to give me a quote; the crew that moved me was efficient and kind; and their associated company, Junk Brothers KC even sent a crew to remove all of my unwanted items. I used these guys yesterday for my move, and they were amazing. So professional, careful with my items, and we’re okay with the extra things I had. We even got to see pictures of their dogs and compare our labs! I love the personal touch this moving company gives. If I could give more stars than 5 I would! The Crew from Mike hammer did an excellent job! They were so fast and efficient that we got our whole 3 bed house moved in 3 hours flat. We had prepped a ton in advance in order to make the most of their time, and they really moved fast! The guys were friendly and respectful of our house, and the communication with Michael was clear and prompt and he answered all our questions and was very responsive. Happy with the outcome and would recommend.

10/10 would recommend and/or use again. The crew was early to arrive and ready to get started. They were very attentive to our belongings and insisted that they take care of everything! When they arrived to our new home with their full truck, they taped off all corners and were extremely careful when bringing in the furniture. The crew was great and super friendly. If you're looking for a furniture moving company, there's no reason to look anywhere else.
I am so grateful that I could change my move in day from Sat the 11th to Wed the 8th. I called early Tues morning and they said that would be possible. I didn't have to worry about my things in bad weather conditions.The guys were so friendly. and made it a pleasant experience. The pricing was more than fair. I would highly recommend.
