Mike was punctual in keeping our appointment when we listed our house, and kept us informed on what was happening - whether it be a request for a showing, an offer, and comments from other realtors' clients, either pro or con. During the process there were some issues discovered that needed to be repaired and as soon as those were dealt with he called us with another offer, which we accepted.
