Bad company. Shafted my sister big time. Said she needed a new AC. Sold her a broke one. Didn’t take it back. Horrible. Charged her fir some $120 deal. Probably sold her a used u nit as a new one. Same unit was $1500 less at Lowe’s.
Caveat emptor. They will cheat you. Tried to blame another company for cutting wires to sell an AC in order to overcharge my father over $2000 for a unit he didn’t need. Refused to refund the $4000 unit they removed from the house. criminals. Only refunded $1700 instead of the full $5800. Criminals.
