This was my first visit to Mike Ford's. But they have a new customer. Everyone was polite and friendly. I had a check engine light come on. I didnt have an appointment. But they got right to check my car. They ran diagnostic check. And reset the engine light. Also cleaned acorns out of my engine. Also put air in my tires. It was showing a possible issue with the fuel. But it was not showing any other problem. When I asked the charge. I was told no charge. Any other place would have charged me. Have had to use Mike Ford several times for emergency repairs on my Jeep, and each time, they were Abel to fit me and get the job done quickly and for a good price.

First time customer and I can tell you that you should not take your vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE. Brought my vehicle in because of a rattling noise that I could hear on uneven pavement or rough roads; front driver’s side around tire area. Mr. Ford drove it and explained that it wasn’t what he thought it could have been. He did say that it would be a couple of weeks until they had an appointment available.
