I found Mike Erdman through a search while looking for a mobiity van. I had an accident that totaled my van, so I was anxios to replace it. I had the good fortune to speak with Jason McCutcheon. He proceeded to tell me about the vehicles he had in stock. He even drove a van to Fort Lauderdale for me to view. I did end up purchasing that van. My exoerience with Mike Erdman was great. Well I am sure anyone out there that loves there car, or truck,etc. Will appreciate and understand where I'm coming from. My husband is a 100% disabled Vet, and went to purchase a mobility van, the price was almost $7,000 more than agreed upon, and is a lemon. Can’t get the salesman to return a call, the Van has had 4 trips for service in 4 months, the running joke in our family is Erdman has had the van more than my husband. Frustrated beyond words called the GM this morning and as of now, no response! Would not recommend them at all!!
I had a wonderful experience with Jason. He is knowledgeable, helpful, transparent, patient, not sales pushy and truly cares about people. The whole team really goes the extra mile. Being able to test out the vehicle options for a day before buying was a great help when your new to mobility vans and having a hard time deciding. Thanks guys!
The staff at Erdman Toyota Mobility, especially the Manager, Jason McCutcheon, have provided me with Exceptional, Superior Customer Service. Recently my wife has encounter severe permanent Mobility issues. Mr. McCutcheon spent many hours finding aWheelhair accessible van to solve our problem.
