Have an issue and you need to make a claim? Good luck, hope you have the free time to juggle dealing with people from State farm that aren't your agent. Thankfully I had a contractor who understood the hoops and helped me navigate the insurance process better than my agent did. Don't expect Egan's office to go to bat for you, or put work in on your behalf. Instead you can focus on him waddling next door and insulting customers of the adjacent business.
