This week we needed a plumber to do some replacement plumbing for our insurance carrier. I loved when I called them and they answered the phone “It’s a great day at Mike Douglas Plumbing”. I told her what I needed and we had an appointment set for the next day. To our surprise the work was still under a 10 year warranty. The technician gave us pictures and receipts for the work. We were very pleased and since the work was done 6 years ago had forgotten about the warranty. We highly recommend Mike Douglas plumbing.

All around great plumbing service!!!! Very prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had issues with our old underground pipes and they came right out and diagnosed the issues with cameras and gave us estimates of the different options to get the pipes flowing smooth again. They were also the most cost effective! We had already contacted others for diagnosis and cost to repair. So glad we found them before using someone else! Thank you Frankie for your great service.

Following a recent vacation away from home we returned to quite a “leak” from our back-flow. I called on a Friday night. They told me someone would be here Saturday morning first thing. Sure enough, David called and was en route and arrived shortly after 8:00 a.m. He quickly found the problem and fixed it.
