We had Mike Douglass plumbing come out to our home to look at all our plumbing requirements as we are carrying out a full refurbishment. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional - he went above and beyond to help us with a water heater situation - had to reopen permit, schedule inspection with the county. It was a very time sensitive situation and he was on top of it throughout the whole process, dealing with the county and following up with them.
