I cannot say enough good things about this company! If you're looking for a company that treats you like family and genuinely cares, then look no further. I have used this company for all of my plumbing issues since 2019. My most recent experience was with Frankie and he is literally an angel, my pipes started backing up Friday morning and he was at my house in less than an hour. Dear Mike, I could write a book about how fabulous of an experience I had and how great of a crew you have. My relining situation was very complex and they made it happen. They cared. They showed up on time. They swept my floors daily. Also thank you Tanya for answering my 8 million billing questions! And Frankie for always checking in on my project and answering anything i needed answered. I Will always call mike douglas for anything in the future and tell everyone I know about my experience.
