I have used Mike Douglass Plumbing for years. We did a kitchen remodel and the drain was slow. The technician came out and explained how the drain was installed incorrectly. There was no charge for the professional advice. This is why I am a loyal customer. Wouldn't even think about using another company.

Had family arrive and of course our plumbing back up . Called Tricia and she was hilarious ! Ken came right out and rodded. Thank you

Buyer beware and any realtor do not trust this company. They promised me to have a job done on a certain date, and then lied and said they had a permit for a county they do not. The day after the job the manager whom would not notify the owner of the problem that was going could cost the buyer and seller thousands of dollars. In the spirit of poor customer service I was told by the manager to go find someone else if I didn't like that they had mislead me all along.
