My mother called Mikes office for auto and home insurance combination quote. The first quote they sent us was reasonable so we accepted, but once the coverage was placed there was additional charges and Mike wouldn't explain why those were not described when we put in our initial quote. We ended up going with Geico and we are happy!
Was shopping around for car insurance but was getting all around the same prices went with whatever was the cheapest at the time. Months later Missy texted me with a far cheaper monthly rate and similar policy (actually included roadside too which I took off to save the extra $5 a month that’s a morning coffee) & it honestly made my week. So nice to know someone local is looking out. Highly recommend. Took about 10-15 minutes total and was informed next steps for the other insurance!
Not even exaggerating when I say this but I had the best experience that I have ever had in customer service. Missy was my agent and she was amazing! Super professional, easy to deal with, very helpful and knowledgable. Im grateful for her help and would recommend her to anyone.
I changed my auto and home ins to Missy in this office at State Farm. They have great rates and great customer service! Would recommend to get a quote.
