Over priced and rude. Never use – Our water heater just needed to have its T & P valve replaced. Told them on the phone what needed doing, they sent their guy out to have a look, and told me the same thing. To start i was charged $75 for the call out fee, that would not go towards the work (only plummer i have ever come accross that does that). The guy then goes to his truck to look up the price. Tried to price-gouge us! – We called for an estimate on sump pump repair on a day it was supposed to rain, so Mike Diamond Plumbing apparently thought they could make a lot of money that day by price gouging suckers. After attempting to charge us $272 for an estimate on our sump pump that they originally said would cost us $76, they then handed us an estimate for the work they claimed needed to be done on our sump pump.
