I've got a BMW 328 xi that overheated on a Saturday due to a water pump hose fitting that corroded. Unfortunately, I was 6 hours from home. I had the car towed to Mike Dents after talking with a courteous and thorough counter person and was told they would look at it first thing Monday. I took my car in to see why my check engine light was on. I had taken it twice to another repair shop, it was off when I picked it up, but came back on within a few days. I took it back and the same thing happened, I was charged both times. I took it to Mike Dent, he called and told me what the code was, explained that he turned it off but it may come back on. I had been hearing a noise in my front end on my Kia Optima after having regular maintenance and tire rotation at a shop near my home. I stopped in Mike Dents Complete Automotive in West Ocean City to see if they could take a test drive to see if they may know what the issue was. The employee at the front(didn’t get his name), was able to have a mechanic test drive and then put car on the lift and find that the shop I had been to didn’t tighten my lug nuts all the way on one of my tires.
