I had been hearing a noise in my front end on my Kia Optima after having regular maintenance and tire rotation at a shop near my home. I stopped in Mike Dents Complete Automotive in West Ocean City to see if they could take a test drive to see if they may know what the issue was. The employee at the front(didn’t get his name), was able to have a mechanic test drive and then put car on the lift and find that the shop I had been to didn’t tighten my lug nuts all the way on one of my tires.
