My family and I were in Ocean City on vacation when my Alternator went out on my vehicle. I called around and came across Mike Dents. They were able to get me in the very next day and the job was completed that afternoon. The communication from the center was great to let me know what was going on and a time frame. Thank you to you and your great staff. It is much appreciated.
Mike Dents saved my vacation! My truck broke down while in ocean city, and I called AAA. They had it towed to Mike Dents and the mechanic called me first thing the next morning with what he thought it was. By lunch time that day it was repaired and ready for pickup! Can’t thank them enough for their quick and friendly response and service! 6 Stars!!!
Seems like a lot had great experiences with Mike Dents. My experience was different unfortunately. I needed a tire repair and called Mike Dents in the morning just after 8 AM. We were on vacation in OC and needed help with what turned out to be a screw in it. They said after 1 PM they can look at repairing the tire. I showed up at 1:25 and they said they were booked for the day. I said “Mark on the phone said they could take me at 1”. The guy at the desk said, “it’s 25 after 1 now” in a rude voice. Engine light started blinking as soon as we were on our way home from Ocean City. We called Mike and he got us right in. If you’re vacationing in Ocean City and have car issues, this is your place. Can’t recommend enough.
