MIKE DAUGHERTY CHEVROLET. THEY ARE CROOKS I took my Minivan to have a Manifold leak fixed. later I got a call for them telling me that I need a new radiator, a new steering, a new rear axle which by was just serviced by Pep Boys, a new cap and rotor which they installed and charged me for without my permission, a new booster pump and so on. When I declined all the up sell, my radiator suddenly developed a crack which they said they will fix for almost $700.00.
SIMPLY THE BEST We took our car to mike daugherty and they took great care of us. I highly recommend taking your car to daughertys for any repair. Dealer costs more but the warranty on most parts is lifetime replacement.
SLEAZY AND DISGUSTING HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Have bought many vehicles from this dealership. Many years of servicing. If this place isn't out of business soon I will be amazed. No vehicle inventory. No customers. We brought one of our vehicles here this week for extended warranty work. Our work order estimate went from just under $300 to over $1300.00. Highway Robbery I will never take my Vehicle here again ! Cost over 1,000 each time we did. The last time they told us we neded a 1,500 repair after they had already charged us for alot of other repairs that did not fix the problem . We almost paid the 1,500 we needed the car , But we took it to another place , ended up we did not NEED the repair at all only a gas treatment and we paid 20.00 for that, that was all !! We could have paid 1,500 for nothing.
Service/Repairs?? Done Right or Wrong? Had Premium Oil/Filter Change done at Mike Daugherty, but Washer Fluid & Coolants were not filled. Had taken it there 3 months before & more than likely they never filled them up at that time either or else it shouldn't have been completely empty. Also took it in to replace Fuel Pump that I originally had replaced last year. Since it was under warranty it was a free service. The Worst If you want your car to run right, don't take it to Mike Daugherty. Each time I have my car service by them, I got it back with a new problem. Also, I will never buy a new car from Mike Daugherty again.
Mike Daugherty Chevrolet is excellent at service. The service team at Mike Daugherty Chevrolet is exceptional! Every time I take my Tahoe into the dealership, they keep the charges to the minimum. They show me the replaced parts. They cover the warranty work. They honor coupons for oil changes. They shuttle me back to my office quickly. Basically anything they can do to make the experience better, they do it.I would highly recommend them!
