I used Michael for both the purchase of my condo in 2000 and the sale of it many years later. Simply put, he is an excellent realtor who knows the market. He has years of experience and uses that to your advantage, whether in understanding a neighborhood or reviewing an inspection. He is honest and gives you candid feedback about your property and is an asset for an person who needs a realtor. I can't recommend him enough.

Mike was the most candid, knowledgeable, and proactive realtor I've ever worked with, and he made my "solo search" go very smoothly. I met Mike in 98 and he helped me find my first condo in 99. Besides myself, he was the only other person to look at the places, and he gave me his professional opinions about why I would or would not like each place. Mike Kaufman is a wonderful broker! I have worked with him as both a buyer and seller and wouldn't dream of working with anyone else.
