Warning to others: Mike Casey took two months' rent from one of our tenants that was sent in error and has refused to return the funds despite multiple requests. In our experience, this shows a serious lack of professionalism and ethics. The tenant is now pursuing legal action to recover her money. We would not recommend doing business with him.
