We purchased our new Mahindra from Mike Carney Mahindra 3 months ago and are pleased with the car and very pleased with the service we have received from the salesman Aidan and the service advisor Jordan, it is refreshing to receive such good service
After repair 29th July 2026 new fault screen no apps appeared just black monitor. Following day back reverse video still on when I was driving forward showing reverse images dangerous.Fault still showing because of non-genuine electric plug installed by your guys, reversing arrows do not appear when I reverse this could be dangerous. Excellent service from Mike. Fixed DEF pump issue and was knowledgeable about Mahindra’s which is very useful given the relative newness of the brand to me. Can’t comment on all Mahindra makes but very good for anyone with an s11 Pikup.
I'm still not happy this Mahindra has less than 18,000 km on it , in August 2025 Townsville had my 4x4 for a week because they couldn't fix it. Townsville you didn't fix front camera, its still not working & other monitor faults appearing after I picked my Mahindra up. Not long after I purchased my Mahindra from Townsville Mahindra I cannot drive it, illegal Government number plate fell off. Plus I've already had to call out RACQ in first month. Terrible customer service. As soon as you agree to buy it becomes almost impossible to contact any member of their team. I bought a mhawk almost a year ago. For the majority of the time the fuel pump has been leaking diesel on my carport making a mess. It is supposed to be under warranty, yet I have taken it in 3 times to be fixed. Each time they claim to have ordered the wrong part. I have tried to contact them multiple times for an update and have failed each time
