Unethical, Deceptive, and Damaging – Stay Away from This Dealership I came to this dealership intending to trade in my car and possibly purchase another. What I encountered was one of the most frustrating and unethical experiences I’ve ever had with any business. First, they gave me a ridiculously low trade-in offer, far below the actual value of my vehicle. From the moment I called him, he answered my questions in a great manner with no rush. Mr. Erik was also friendly and knowledgeable about the parts I was getting.
I brought my car to the service with Miguel Vargas and it was the best experience in service that I ever had, they send you over videos regarding your car, explaining the status of your car and issues if have it ! Amazing
