Been buying parts here since 2016 and the customer service used to be really good. Since last year the customer service has been terrible and its only getting worse. I ordered a part 2 weeks ago and havent heard a single word from them. Years ago they would let me know the estimated time it would be ready for pickup or they would let me know of any delays, but now not a single word. I also emailed them and nothing. What a shame.

He was also extremely flexible with my schedule, very easy to get in contact with, and kept me updated through the entire process.
Unethical, Deceptive, and Damaging – Stay Away from This Dealership I came to this dealership intending to trade in my car and possibly purchase another. What I encountered was one of the most frustrating and unethical experiences I’ve ever had with any business. First, they gave me a ridiculously low trade-in offer, far below the actual value of my vehicle. I wanna give a great shout-out to one of your BEST team employees his name is Erik Noriega his customer service was Excellent from start to finish. From the moment I called him, he answered my questions in a great manner with no rush. Mr. Erik was also friendly and knowledgeable about the parts I was getting.
