Their body shop still owes me a part and the service to install it. I've called them a couple of times and they always say they will call me back... but they don't.

They had a truck there that I really wanted but I’d already had a bad experience with them but that was on them serving my truck. I decided to give them another chance and go look at the truck. When I got there they told me the mechanic was doing the inspection on it and he’d go get it. Then after awhile he came back and said the mechanic had locked the keys in his cart and he couldn’t get them. I asked if we could just go look at it and he said yes.
