Had the best experience at Jordan Automotive Pre-owned. We worked with Wendi and she was awesome during the entire experience. She responded quickly to all of my questions, and worked with us to find our perfect car by going over the options I wanted. I definitely had a special experience since my dad is the lead technician on the Ford side, and I’ve known the GM and most of the shop since I was a kid, but they really treat all of their customers like family, and care about finding the perfect fit. That dealership was very nice. They informed me all the way, but they were gonna do about the car and reconnected with me with the problem. I’ve bought my last three cars here and if they continue to treat me good like they are, I will probably buy another car there.

Chris was efficient friendly and informative. He was a great young to assist me. He provided information about my car and insharedj some experiences I have had. Jean Green came over to say hello! She leased me my car! I had quick and professional service and a short catch up with my leasing agent.

My Ford MachE required repair due to many error messages concerning camera faults as well as an extensive warranty repair. The repair took from December 3 through January 3 - a full month. Initially, I was given a Ford Escape as a loaner. It was dirty and had a cracked windshield. Not great. I lobbied for a loaner MachE which I got about halfway through the month I did not have my car.
