I was an out-of-state seller of a Boston property and was fortunate to get a referral from my Connecticut agent to Mike. I can't say enough good things: he's smart, knows the market by neighborhood, has great communication skills, and is serious about his work and his clients. I cannot recommend Mike & his team enough! I had the pleasure of working with Kelsey and she went above and beyond! And by beyond I mean she was with me checking the faucets, smelling the floor when I thought it smelled funky. This was my first time buying and Mike and Kelsey were on the phone with me through the entire thing, and had my side the entire way through. We had a tough seller and they were my advocates!
