I had a ceiling leak and assumed it was a gutter or roof issue from the recent ice storm, but Mike came out to inspect and found that the water was coming from my chimney which needed new siding and several repairs. He showed me exactly where the issues were and explained how to fix them. He had his team out a few days later and since I was going to be out of town the next week they worked all Saturday to get the project fully completed. I highly recommend Mike & Brother Construction. Very knowledgeable. Very reliable. Explained the process in great detail. Met all expectations.
Mike & Brother Construction started off friendly but quickly turned unprofessional. They changed the scope midway and then demanded more money without giving me a revised quote or timeline. There were loud arguments among the workers on-site, and they left garbage all over my property. The whole experience was stressful and disappointing.
The quality of work from Mike & Brother Construction was terrible. Uneven tiles, misaligned cabinets, and paint drips everywhere. I pointed these issues out, and they were defensive instead of apologetic. They promised to “make it right” but never followed through. I had to hire someone else to fix their mess. Avoid at all costs.
