Mike & Brother Construction started off friendly but quickly turned unprofessional. They changed the scope midway and then demanded more money without giving me a revised quote or timeline. There were loud arguments among the workers on-site, and they left garbage all over my property. The whole experience was stressful and disappointing.
The quality of work from Mike & Brother Construction was terrible. Uneven tiles, misaligned cabinets, and paint drips everywhere. I pointed these issues out, and they were defensive instead of apologetic. They promised to “make it right” but never followed through. I had to hire someone else to fix their mess. Avoid at all costs.
Update (9/13/2024): I can say the same as my previous review 4 years later today as they offered great service once again fixing loose shingles on our roof. I'll continue to work with them for all of our roofing needs as they come up! (2020) This company offers excellent services! I totally recommend them! I called Mike & Brothers Roofing and Construction to get a quote for a leak in my roof. They came to my house about 30 minutes after I called. I recommend Mike & Brother Construction. He and crew did an excellent job at a fair price, and they were polite and kind. I had a non-standard project (treehouse roof with tree going right through the middle), and Mike was thoughtful and diligent in helping me execute and achieve the desired outcome. Thanks Mike!
