Do not know how they operate because there was no initial reach out, just got an email each time I checked on the availability saying they were closed and would contact during business hours. No other contact.
I would not recommend this dealership under any circumstances. They were very unprofessional. After discussing a vehicle and agreeing to a test drive, they sold the vehicle in an hour before I could leave work and drive to the dealership without communicating anything to me. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Great place. Deal was simple and quick
When I went to visit the dealership the price was one thing and test drove the truck and ok but they finally get a customer and warranty pkg 0n 2026YR used 815 miles as is statement price to me $82k taxes extra then price almost new cost . No price cut whatsoever then week later it's sold for $4,000.00 less than what they quoted me . Stay away from that place . SALESPERSON are hungry.

Great salesman
Purchasing this vehicle from Tracy Chevrolet was the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful, but not pushy. They made sure I clearly understood each step of the process. They didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t want or need. Great salesman
Not a good experience at all. Truck in pic is what I needed. Truck on lot was not. Also I filled out the application online and it gave me a manageable payment without a down payment. The lot wanted a large down payment and a higher monthly payment. Seemed to be false advertising to me is all. I’ll never go there for anything else.
