DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! UNPROFESSIONAL I was searching to purchase a vehicle that I liked and wanted to purchase. I had my eyes on a ****** *****. I ended up putting down $250 on the vehicle so it wouldn't be sold so that I can discuss it over with my husband and father. After further research, the ****** did not get great reviews and is not likely to last me more than 5 years due to mechanical issues. Ended up buying a midnight edition crew cab from here, Joe is a very nice, Cordial , and professional salesman. Overall process went very smooth, negotiation was super simple, in the end, I got the exact vehicle I was looking for, for the exact price I wanted it for. Cant ask for more than that!
I writing you to tell you we will no longer be bringing our 2016 ****** to you for service. The reason being when we brought the ****** from you we bought the wheel warranty from sales. Then when we had curb damage, we were told the wheels where not covered and refused the claim was refused. I contacted finance several times and was given the run around. With the problem not solved. So when it came time to get a extended warranty, new tires, oil changes, inspection, we went elsewhere. For any other service needs will go else... read more
Car was not the color nor was it in the excellent condition as told to me on phone call. Salesman talked down to me because I didnt want the car. Basically told me I was stupid not to latch onto such a good deal. Then tried to tell me that they went out of their way to go get it when in fact it was advertised before I even talked to them . I had to wait to see it until the owner traded it in on mon so they went no where to get it cross that dealer off my list !!.
Lousy all the way around. They don’t look over cats before sending out on a test drive. The a car had no left blinker, not to mention poor breaks could of been killed.
