This guy is very shady. He gave us ill advice when buying a home and didn’t disclose significant issues. He was unresponsive and very unprofessional.
So this dude sets up a open house on 10/18/20 from 1030am to 1230pm. So I drive 2.5 hours to see house only to find out that there is nothing there - no realtor, no sign, no call - back.
I was trying to buy a house in10/3/2019 and he accepted my offer and after 3 days waiting he change his mind he said someone pay more on this house , he wasting ppl time and he as bad person , if u wanna see how bad he was I can send screenshots for all his text he is so bad and junk
