Ordered my dinner, and waited almost two hours!!! After already waiting an hour, Some one sitting several seats over from me at the bar ordered the same meal... they had only been sitting 10 minutes and were served my dinner !!! The manager promised me he’d have me my dinner in just a few minutes 20 minutes later nothing, sorry just a few more minutes, 20 minutes more nothing , ten minutes more he offered me a free appetizer, and was going to still have to wait for my dinner ?!?! Have to say it has been awhile since me and my wife have been to Mike Anderson's but definitely not disappointed this evening. Made for a great ending to a long week.

One of my MOST favorite places(the one down by the college) In the United States!!! large portions & awesome flavor!!! My favorite is the oyster bienville appetizer as an entree, because it's that much food!! The fried catfish is wonderful. .... EVERYTHING on the menu is wonderful
gumbo could use some work but my charbroiled oysters was some of the best I ever had!!!
Mike Anderson has great seafood and steaks! They are one of the best restaurants in Baton Rouge!
