Ultimately a good experience, but it took 4 months to make things right. I bought a 21' Mazda in March from Don. During the test drive I had noticed that it had a light on the dash. When I brought this up to Don he explained to me that it was a battery/key fob issue and that they would get it to Mazda to have it fixed, and put me in a loaner vehicle until it was done. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and lied to. I bought a 21' Mazda in March. There is a dash light on because of the key fob, they claim its because of a low battery. Okay no biggie, they offered to take it to a Mazda dealer to have fixed...it's been 3 months and I have yet to have this done. I've called multiple times concerning this and I keep being told "I'll talk to service". Still nothing. Don is a great salesman! The whole team is very professional and do what they can to get you into a vehicle!
Had them pull a vehicle from another lot specifically to buy on Saturday. Didn’t get it to lot but 15 min prior to closing. Banks closed Sunday and Monday. Test drove again on Monday. Confirmed we were getting loan today. Got approved and they said sorry we sold it. Knowing damn well they pulled that vehicle for us to buy & we were getting alone in that given second.
