I would advise everyone that is thinking of going to mike Anderson in marion to just walk the other way. They sell you warranties that say they cover all these things. Reality is they dont. Three years ago purchased a vehicle with the rear heater core plugged mind didn't have it 2 weeks that was a fight to get repaired. Not to mention during repair tech broke the proximity sensor for keyless entry didn't say a word till i took it back because keyless entry was not working. We recently purchased a jeep from here. Kevin Regnault was awesome...had questions and was quick to get back to us even after hours! Highly recommended him if your looking to purchase from here!!
They won’t work on any diesel truck that has had “reliability improvements” even if the issue is unrelated to those upgrades. Also the parts department charges full list price for any parts sold if your a cash customer. If you need service work or parts it’s worth driving a little further and going to Grissom dodge.
