I recently came in to trade in my old beater for a new or almost new car, Wally and the staff at Mike Anderson were great. They really took good care of me make sure I got a good deal on both my trade-in as well as my new car. They worked their magic and I was actually able to drive away in and awesome new Malibu the same day and without paying an arm and a leg.

This is our third vehicle from Mike Anderson; we have previously bought a 07 Impala as well as a 2010 Malibu. This time around I got a fantastic deal on a 2012 Silverado it perfect for both my work and our play on the weekends. We have always been very happy with the customer service at Mike Anderson and our latest experience was no different, thanks again and keep up the great work.

I went to the dealer on Saturday and was looking for cars outside. Wally came out to me and at that point he got my business he came outside in the cold just to see if I needed help. Wally worked with me and got me a great deal, he’s great guy, should be manager in the future.

Mike Anderson is the only dealership I will go to. I have been bringing my old car here ever since I moved to the area about two years ago and the service has always been awesome. So when the extended Warranty ran out I decided it was time to trade it in and get a something new. The sales staff is just as great as the service staff everyone was friendly and made sure I was happy with every part of the deal before any part was finalized. Five Stars to everyone a Mike Anderson!!

The sales atmosphere was nice and relaxed didn’t feel pressured at all. I came in looking for a car to get around the city and got a great deal on a left over 2012 Cruze. It’s perfect easy enough to park and really good on gas mileage.

This is the second car I bought from Mike Anderson (first new one). Everyone on the dealership staff was very friendly and helpful. Jesse, in particular, was very knowledgeable and he worked very hard to find me the perfect car that fit my budget. The whole process went quickly and smoothly I couldn’t ask for anything more.

After having a lot of problems with my old car I decided it was time to trade it in so I wouldn’t be stuck in the dead of winter with a dead car that didn’t work. The staff at Mike Anderson was great got me good value for my junker and got a good deal on a left over 2012 Traverse. Now I’m riding in style and I’m ready for winter;)

I recently started a new job and after years of not needing a car I needed one and quick. After talking to a few friends at my new job who had a similar problem, I decide to go to Mike Anderson. Everyone on the staff was great! They helped me look at a few models before a settled on a new Chevy Cruze its perfect for what I needed, the price was right in my range and most importantly we got the deal done quickly without a lot of stress.

Chicago is a tough city but one thing that is super easy is getting a good price and great customer service from Mike Anderson. The staff is so friendly and they took great care of me, from finding the car that was perfect to getting it to a price I could afford, really a five star experience all the way.
