UPDATE- They responded and said they would look into this matter and of course I haven’t heard back. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional team. Took them over 6 months to send my title and plates! Had to request another set of temp plates which they dragged their feet on also. Phone calls never returned, got the run around about overcharging me for title fees and that refund (which was short btw) took almost 8 months!! Very crooked dealership that I had to get GM involved.
