My salesman Marco listened to what I wanted, showed me my options, didn't make me feel uncomfortable or pressured, and in 5 days total we easily completed my purchase of my 2026 Trax.
I brought my Chevy Bolt EV to this dealership and asked when my battery would unlock to full charge. They told me it would NEVER go past 80%, they said all batteries are locked and will never unlock because of battery fire risk. However, less than a week later, my Bolt unlocked to full charge because I went over the 6,200+ miles required to unlock the battery. The men there seemed very nice, but they apparently did not know anything about the Bolt EV batteries or how they worked. They gave me factually incorrect information.
