Was referred over there for special warranty work covered by GM was told there would be no charge by Michael then quoted me $900 to fix my car when I said I would come pick it up instead. Said there would be no charge came to pick it up $100 charge. For something that was already told what was wrong
My Sister Teresa Velarde came in this past week to get her truck serviced. She was told her battery was bad. She didn’t buy a new battery because I put a new battery in it in April. I don’t know who checked it out but whom ever it was is dishonest.

You can spend 50k on a 2024 truck. on first test drive the check engine light was on. they cleared the light and sent me on my way. 1 week later same thing. now its all on me. The truck barely goes over 1500 RPMs. They washed their hand of me as SOON as my money cleared. Crappy sale people. service is no more than a jiffy lube. and the managers dont care about their customers at all
