I’m very pleasantly surprised to have found this place. I wanted to get a custom ring resized and so gathered quotes from several jewelers in Hurst/NRH. Mike resized my ring for less than half the price of other highly rated competing jewelers and performed a seamless solder joint. We had such a fantastic experience purchasing our wedding bands from Mike and Sam Jewelry! They were both very warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and ensured we received the product we wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for jewelry in the HEB area!
One relatively small job we recently had done by Mike and Sam was replacing batteries in our elderly relative’s watches and repairing/replacing the bands. Mike not only did the work quickly, he offered options for keeping the costs reasonable… and he completed the work by offering attractive gift boxes. Professional and compassionate, great combination!
I would highly recommend Mike and Sam’s jewelry. I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering jewelry online and the bracelet I received didn’t even fit around my wrist. I went to Mike and Sam’s jewelry, not only did they extend the bracelet, they also added adjustments to it for an extremely affordable price! It was also completed within 48 hours! Very quick, efficient and excellence service.
