My experience with buying my vehicle from Mike Alsop is definitely positive! Lindsey Glaze is the best! Very knowledgeable. She made the process so easy. I highly recommend that if your wanting to purchase a vehicle, this is where you need to go!
Service communication is unbelievably great! Other dealerships should have to train at Alsop. From the service manager to the auto technician, these people are top notch. All my local GM service work moving forward will be with them
I couldn't happier with my experience at Mike Alsop Chevrolet. My salesman Josh Morlan drove over an hour and picked us up at the airport in Indianapolis. Once back at the dealership, he introduced us to the owner Mike Alsop and showed us the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette 3LT convertible. The deal was smooth, Josh and Mike are great guys and I love the car. Great service and atmosphere. 10/10 would deal with again. Does not have the big corporate feel like other nearby dealerships.
The service department is top notch! I took our 2024 truck in for a routine service. I was treated with the utmost respect as a lady. The tech and service manager showed and explained to me an unexpected warranty issue that was found during tire rotation. They were able to fit me back in later in the day to take care of the issue as I had to pick up kids from school in between! Definitely will be back!
