Mr. Allen I have been reading your reviews due to some repair replacement needs coming up. Your response to Mr. Taylor was appreciated with only one thing missing. Communication is an extremely. critical expectation from more it not all customers in any business. However, because of your replay and accepting responsibility for the failure to take care of this customers needs, I have gained a respect before ever meeting you. God Bless. I had to rate in order to post so I went middle of the road.

They did a beautiful job on our house. New siding, gutters and gutter guards and new doors. They were prompt and even worked all through the weekend to get the job done. Many, many of our neighbors have committed on what a beautiful job and how wonderful the house looks! I would highly recommend them!

Definitely would NOT recommend. The owner has been dismissive and condescending from the beginning. I should have never completed the job due to the doubts that I had; however, this was through a county program and the county project manager through Clermont County assured me more than once that Mr. Allen's company did good work. He advised that I should "trust the process (and that I was completely protected doing it through the county)." 1.
