There is an property manager, his name is Eric , he is one of the worst character ever in my life.
I advise you to avoid renting from this company based on my own experiences at Kirkwood Manor apartments: I lived above some terrible neighbors. They yelled frequently, played very loud music, and smoked a lot of cigarettes and marijuana which, due to the construction of the building, would fill my apartment (both the smoke and noise). Despite sending pages of complaints to the property managers, they failed to stop the neighbors’ behavior, and as a result I had to move out after a very miserable year.
