We hired MIKASA for extensive work on our home that was built in 1932. I cannot express enough the amount of regret we have for hiring this company. None of the workers are certified. There are no legitimate electricians. No legitimate plumbers. There’s one main guy that runs the crew and he is truly winging it. It’s unfortunate that I am not able to add photos to the review. RecommendedWe recently had Mikasa do some remodeling on our home. In part they turned a former garage storage room into a fantastic bathroom and completed our projects a week ahead of schedule
We contacted them multiple times, attempting to get an estimate. I was told they would be out one week later. That day arrived, and when I called for a time, I was told the estimator did not have us scheduled, but they could book us the following week..no thank you. Completely unreliable, we’ll take our money elsewhere.
I hired Mikasa construction for some repairs to drywall and ceiling in multiple areas in my home. The team was on time, very professional, and did a wonderful job. I was very pleased with the results, and anyone that knows me knows that is not an easy task to do. Hiring Mikasa for the job was the right choice.
Mikasa did a great job with our recent small construction project. We had them open up the living space with an 8 foot wide opening in a wall, and remove another small wall. They got back to us very quickly, started and finished work the next week, and followed up to make sure it met expectations. We are very happy with the work they did, and would recommend them to anyone.
