The food here is really good, and I genuinely enjoy this place, but the customer service is awful. The lady who takes orders is often rude and sarcastic. If you ask to make a small change to your food because of your diet, she gives you attitude and says you can’t do that. She also doesn’t let you know when something extra costs more, like adding noodles to a bento box. It’s a shame because the food is great, but the way customers are treated really takes away from the experience.
The sushi is so delicious, top notch. My husband and I will order four special rolls and some sides and we usually have some sushi leftover because their portions are so generous. The young lady who works the front desk is very kind as well.
Never disappoints me. The Godzilla roll is delicious!!
My favorite authentic sushi spot in all of York!
