First time at this cafe, rarely spend time in Richmond, but I always judge a cafe by their hojicha latte, and OMG THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! WILL VISIT AGAIN!!!
We really enjoyed our drinks at Miion. We’ve tried the hojichai latte, cortado and pour over. They were all fantastic. However, the baked goods were stale and definitely from the day before which was disappointing.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ TL;DR: Lovely café with great tea, helpful staff, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. 🍵 Drinks I visited this café over the weekend when it was quite quiet, so I had a chance to ask about their different tea options. The woman helping us explained the difference between hojicha and genmaicha really well. Hojicha is roasted, while genmaicha has a different flavor profile.
