I recently had a root canal under a bridge. I am one of those people who is very nervous since I have had some bad experiences with dentists. I want to say that my experience here was very good. His assistant explained things and helped me stay as relaxed as possible. There was no pain and when I said I needed more pain I got it. I highly recommend him and his office.
I was referred to Dr. Mihle due to a "complicated" tooth issue. Dr. Mihle explained the procedure and risks clearly with me before we went along with the procedure. During the procedure (painless) his Dental assistants were constantly assuring I was comfortable as was the Dr. I felt very confident of his experience and the assistants and finished feeling very comfortable. I was given a pain management and infection prevention regimen and feel wonderful!
My whole experience with Timothy Mihle was unprofessional. He ‘treated’ me for about 7 minutes in a very condescending way. His assistant did not even know how to take a proper X-ray! When it was time to pay, they padded my bill. I would NEVER go back!
I came into Dr. Mihle's office this morning very nervous for a root canal. I expressed that the sedation medication they charge you $200 for was not working. Dr. Mihle comes into the exam room and says "We told you that you wouldn't be asleep. I can send you up to Chapel Hill for IV sedation. I don't want to deal with this." All the time acting very agitated almost to the point of anger that he has to deal with his patient. I asked if that would be totally necessary or if we could continue to mo
My root-canal with Dr. Mihle was the most pleasant dental experience that I've has in 49 years. I was not looking forward to the procedure, but was put at ease by this very kind doctor and his assistant, Charlene, along with Mary Pat at the front desk who made the arrangements seamless. I am extremely grateful to Dr Mihle for taking such excellent care of me and would recommend him to anyone that I know in need of this type of procedure. Dr.Milhe and his team are top-shelf! The finest.
I was very impressed with the both the professionalism and the friendliness of Dr. Mihle, Charlene, Erin and office manager Mary Pat. It is hard to envision a root canal as being a pleasant experience but Dr. Mihle and his staff did their darndest. I absolutely recommend. Keith Brewer
