Really bad office. The doctor couldn’t fill out a simple form for a patients job and just didn’t care then dropped the patient because they requested for it to be filled out. None of it makes any sense. Overall don’t trust them to do anything other than an office visit they won’t do it. They will schedule numerous televisits just to do basic chats with the doctor too which most offices don’t do.
Dr. Faldu was good based on my first visit experience. I am only giving him 3 stars as the admin staff are impossible to get a hold of. I've called on 3 separate days during business hours with no response even after leaving a voicemails. Very unprofessional.
