Long wait time and very little communication
Sitting in the lobby as I'm writing this. Half hour past the appointment time. First time coming here wasn't worth the trip. They haul in a cart with a tablet that the"dr" is on. Claiming he's not feeling well. I'm willing to bet that it will be the same scenario today
Only leaving one star. Have no other choice. One of the few providers that takes my insurance. Not very welcoming because of that, and where I'm from. An hour early, and 15 minutes past my appointment. The phone call from the office was very cold, too. Actually wanted me to reschedule, because of them. No thank you.
Post earlier on my experience with Dr stockman(dermatologist) in Saginaw Michigan. He sucks!But I wanted to to share that all the staff are wonderful!
Worst experience ever in a doctors office. Two of the nurses was great . I give them two big thanks . They even helped me with my phone I was having trouble with. The others seemed liked they were not interested in what I had to say on what was going on with me . How can you diagnose something before the dr even see you. Apparently there they can diagnose you before the dr even walks in the room . The dr is very unprofessional and has an attitude. He needs a lesson in listening to what his patients have to say.
