Do not go here. They give you the runaround. Had a mass removed December 12th and they didn't get it all so they tell me I had to wait for the receptionist to call me and she called me and said I will call you right back well it has been 2 weeks. I've tried to call and they said we'll call you back. Finally today I have an appointment to get the rest of my mass removed January 30th. Should not have taken me over a month to get the mass totally removed.
waiting 2.5 hours AFTER our appointment to be seen. he called in two prescriptions but oh of course he really didn't. I truly can't believe this place is still in business read the reviews and listen cuz everything the reviews say are true
a very long way so if you don't have the whole day to kill I really don't know what to tell you the doctor was nice and funny.
If I could give this place zero Stars I would. If you've been referred here, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. This place is extremely unprofessional with their wait times!! To not even acknowledge that they are running late, nor offer any apologies. Especially after leaving somebody set in a room for over an hour and a half. Is not only rude it's extremely unprofessional!!
I'm going to document this so when they say I didn't call to reschedule, it's a lie. I've injured myself and can't drive that far for my son's appointment. I have now called a total of EIGHT times in the past 4 hours and they have never answered the phone. I was able to leave a message earlier but they've not responded.
