No one ever answers the phone EVER!!!!! But when I arrive the phones are always being answered or they are always on them "WHAT A JOKE" I've left numerous VM never got a call back ....they put ppl in rooms and make you wait for nearly 30min to an hr to see the Dr. This is not how you run a Dr office this place is insane .... I bring my son here if it wasn't something he needed we wouldn't waste our time....
I waited for over 2 hours to get an injection for my psoriasis. I didn’t even need to see the doctor. What a joke.
Be prepared to wait. I had an appointment scheduled for 11 am. Arrived fifteen minutes early, and then sat in the examination room for almost an hour before I spoke with the dermatologist. Their automatic blood pressure cuff failed 3 times in a row and my request for a traditional one was denied. At one point I waited to receive a shot and the PA left the door to the room wide open with me in it, having removed my shirt and in only a tank top, for 25 minutes. If I could leave a zero, I absolutely would. This place is an absolute hot mess. I only come here because it’s the only place that takes my insurance so I don’t have much of a choice but trust me, if you don’t have to come here then don’t. The first time I came here, I was seen by the nurse practitioner then she left to go “talk to the doctor” and I waited for 45 minutes just for an MA to come in and tell me I’ll have to reschedule.
