During the time of a struggling economy and the rise of HOA fees, Osmary spent a lot of time with negotiations back & forth to get the price right for both parties, Osmary cut more than half of her commission agreement just to close on the deal, If that isn’t going above & beyond for her clients, then I don’t know what is ..I would recommend any potential client to Osmary for the efforts she’s done for me
