Worst Dr experience I have ever had in my life. Rude, rude. Told me my kidney disease wasn’t his problem. Very rude and inconsiderate. If I could give negative stars, I would. We got up and left as soon as he walked out of the room.
I’ve seen Dr Popovic many times. I went to him at first for a 2nd opinion and he solved issues for me that other doctors in the same field could not. I’ve been with him ever since and is a very knowledgeable, competent and empathetic Dr. I’ve found him to always be punctual and professional. I trust him in looking after my health because he’s earned it. He always takes his time with me to go over the information to ensure my understanding and answer all questions I might have. I called the office 9/5 to set up a stent removal procedure after lithotripsy. I was told the nurse and/or receptionist would have to call me back because they had to get the date from the Dr. himself. I was told the next day it would be 9/20 in the morning. Got a call 2 days later saying I could come in 9/19 at 2:45. Waited the 2 weeks in pain and discomfort partially because I couldn't take one of the medications for stent pain due to an adverse reaction. Came in on 9/19 to have the stent removed. For the record, Google made me choose at least one star. If negative stars were an option I would’ve selected that. This doctor is an absolute joke. We waited 10 days to see him after an ER visit. Once we were there we waited another 90 minutes before he came in. Before he graced us with his presence, the nurse came in, apologized and offered me a “coffee and a reschedule”.
